We know life gets busy, and sometimes there’s just no time to call. That’s why we offer a simple online request form, available anytime, so you can order your pet’s prescription refill when it suits you.

To ensure we can process your request promptly, please allow 2 business days for our vets to review and dispense the medication.

As required by the Veterinary Practitioners Board of NSW, your pet must have had a consultation or medication review at one of our clinics within the last 6 months to receive a repeat prescription. Some health conditions may require more frequent check-ups.
